Attendees at this session will learn about this year's Arizona state legislative session. The speaker will provide detailed information on SB1350, known as the Air BnB Bill, HB 2107 related to sober living homes, and HB 2497, which deals with wireless communication facilities in the right-of-way. Planners will also receive overviews of numerous other bills of interest that were considered during the legislative session, including those that passed and those that didn't pass. Planners will come away with in-depth knowledge of new laws that will affect them and how they do their jobs.
