Overview

This webcast will look at Reed v. Town of Gilbert US Supreme Court decision from June, 2015 and the impacts this decision has on sign regulation.  Reed v. Town of Gilbert has been the first sign related decision to come from the US Supreme Court in 20 years. This far-reaching decision impacts almost every sign code in the country. This webinar will take took a brief look at the Reed v. Town of Gilbert US Supreme Court decision. We will also provide a current update on circuit court and state case law since Reed. In addition, we will explore three community sign regulations and the changes they made to the code in response to Reed.
