Join us for training session regarding updated methodology as it relates to analyzing GHG emissions and climate change in CEQA documents in light of last year’s California Supreme Court decision to reject the Newhall Ranch environmental impact report in 2015, stating that it failed to buttress its conclusion that the development would not significantly affect greenhouse gas emissions, which cause climate change. 

The training will also cover statewide GHG legislation such as SB 32.
