Overview

Paula Rees will present several mixed-use development projects that have fully realized the positive economic benefit of incorporating great examples of public art and placemaking. She will narrow her focus to the planning details as they specifically relate to the construction budget. She will discuss the difference between public art and placemaking, but also making the connection between 1) providing a unique experience, and 2) increasing the bottom line investment.
