Interested in learning more about Hawai'i’s recently enacted planning laws, recent case decisions, and related legal trends? Jesse K. Souki, Executive Director of Hawai’i Community Development Authority, will provide a fresh perspective on current land use planning law trends throughout Hawai'i, drawing on his current and previous planning positions with the State of Hawai’i and the City and County of Honolulu.  Mr. Souki will provide members with a background on how land use law has been implemented from the perspective of various Hawai'i regulating authorities, including: State of Hawai'i Office of Planning, Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation, and Hawai'i Community Development Authority.
