This program will delve into the substance of redevelopment within our communities.  Learn for the first time or enhance your knowledge as it relates to the fundamentals of redevelopment finance; lending and incentive sources, and financial returns that come from these projects.  This program will explore the broad based benefits and underscores the value of building within existing communities.
