As planners, how can we address the challenges of providing affordable housing for local artists and entrepreneurs without gentrifying an area? The Suncoast YPG hosts an afternoon tour of the Venture House, an affordable arts housing project in the heart of South St. Petersburg. This tour will be led by Frank Wells, Founder and President of the Venture House nonprofit, along with Anthony Jones, CEO of Bright Community Trust, and Tracy Kennard, founder of the Warehouse Arts District.
