Course Objectives

Understand how to determine the how the level and type of public involvement in a case will varies depending upon specific factors and how to integrate with other environmental review processes like NEPA.

Instructors will review the requirements and considerations in the Section 106 regulations and explain examples of best practices.

Participants will identify appropriate public involvement techniques in case scenarios.
