Join the First Coast APA for a series of three lectures to study urban core redevelopment in Jacksonville. The workshops will be held in the overlay neighborhoods of Springfield, Riverside-Avondale, and San Marco.

Riverside Avondale Overlay – Unintended pitfalls

The second workshop will highlight the pitfalls in the implementation of an overlay district in the Historic District of Riverside/Avondale. Specifically, the use of Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezonings will be discussed for thier effectiveness and their unintended complications.
