Planners will be given an overview of important federal FCC rules that affect our everyday decision-making when considering wireless telecommunication facilities. This session will be geared towards practicing planners, and in particular those responsible for zoning code maintenance and wireless facility review. Shot clocks and eligible facilities modifications will be part of the discussion.
