Overview

The City and County of Honolulu’s updated Storm Water Quality Rules take effect in August 2017 and have implications for project planning. Randall Wakumoto, PE, head of the City and County of Honolulu Storm Water Quality Branch within the Department of Facility Maintenance, will discuss the new requirements and how sustainable storm water management can be integrated into project planning.
