Overview

The final workshop examines redevelopment issues in San Marco and the potential for regulatory changes to address land use compatibility, parking and related design issues, and historic preservation. San Marco is experiencing an increase in commercial and mixed-use development and historicsingle family neighborhoods are experiencing demolition of the existing housing stock.
