With the 2018 Florida Legislative session set to start on January 9, once again 1000 Friends President Ryan Smart, Policy and Planning Director Thomas Hawkins, and Board Member Emeritus Lester Abberger will discuss key community planning and conservation bills to be considered during the 2018 legislative session, and how they could impact state and local governance in Florida.
