Overview

A short walking tour highlighting new developments in the City of Imperial Beach and the City’s planning efforts to adapt to rising sea levels.  The approximately five-mile path begins and ends at Imperial Beach City Hall and is a perfect way to explore the most southwesterly city in the continental U.S. Along the way, the group will explore various sites of interest. Around 12:00 p.m., we will stop for food/drinks at Barrels Restaurant & Lounge (710 Seacoast Drive). We will then continue on, visit the Tijuana Estuary Visitor’s Center and then return to City Hall.
