The training session will consist of two parts. Each session is designed to cover topics that municiple and private sector planners need to fully master.

The first session will cover essential topics related to the design, adminstration, and operation of high-functioning planning and zoning boards, such as BZAs and Planning Commissions.

The second session will be taught by TN APA's legal advisor, Mr. Sam Edward. Sam will cover timely and relevant statewide policy issues and the potential impact of future planning legislation.
