Usually, the ethical choice is obvious—or so we tend to assume.  Planners are often faced with situations or challenges where the ethical choice is not so obvious. This is where an understanding the AICP Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct along with state and local ethics requirements can be the deciding influence.  By participating in break out groups to guide the discussions of the2018-19 Case of the Year’s “real life scenarios”, attendees will explore potential dilemmas and how the aspirational principles and rules of conduct help them make the right decisions.
