Building Resiliency into Land Use Planning in both Rural and Urban Settings: A discussion about the environmental, legal, and practical approaches to resilience at the NYS Floodplain and Stormwater Managers Association Conference

This event is a discussion that will bring together the science, planning and legal aspects of resiliency in the face of climate change. The location of the event gives us an opportunity to incorporate a dialogue about the differences and interconnectedness of urban and rural resiliency planning.
