This event will include a panel where planning and planning related professionals can discuss the social and political cost of advancing equity in their workplace and practice, while sharing their lived experiences. The event provides a space to discuss the emotional, physical, and professional stresses people of color and other professionals from underrepresented groups face when advancing equity.
