Serving with Sequence Staffing for nearly a decade, Erica is a respected industry recruiter and career/life coach. She is especially noted for her highly effective and commanding communication style and keen insight and creative approach to career planning and visioning. During her early years with the company she was responsible for functional duties that included understanding recruiting and hiring work processes and resource allocation as well as job development, sourcing/marketing, and client relationship management. This bottom up approach gave her unique insight into full cycle recruiting and all varied aspects of hiring in addition to fundamental challenges that affect both the employer and jobseeker with the advent of industry technological changes.
