Anjuli has five years of experience in transportation planning and engineering at the local, regional, and state levels. A native of Silver Spring, MD, she graduated from the University of Maryland’s Civil Engineering program. After discovering her interest in city planning during her final year at UMD, She interned with the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC) where she worked on Master Plan projects. After graduating from the University of Maryland she moved to San Diego, CA where she gained local and regional experience in the public sector before joining Fehr & Peers, a transportation planning consulting firm. In April 2015, she helped open a new office of Fehr & Peers DC. In addition to building a client base as a Senior Transportation Engineer, she also serves as the operations manager.
Anjuli has served as technical lead or Project Manager for numerous high profile transportation projects, including the Purple Line rail extension in Maryland. Her unconventional career path has taken her across the country and back again, includes new cities, new offices, new markets, and new technical arenas. Krystyn Kitto is the Assistant Director of Career Services and Alumni Relations at Rutgers' Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. In her role with Rutgers she is charged with design, implementation and leadership of career development programs, initiatives and activities for students and alumni alike.
She is also chiefly charged with carrying out individual career counseling to the organizations extensive alumni network while acting as liaison between the school and alumni to integrate new ideas and strategies with regards to career development. In this unique role she maintains employer connections for not only mentorship, but internship and employment opportunities across a vast landscape internationally and domestically.
Prior to her tenure with Rutgers, Krystyn served with Boston University Athletics as the Assistant Director and Learning Specialist role and has also held posts in Wheelock College's Office of Student Services and the Center of Career and Professional Development while spending time at Brown University's Career Development Center.
