APA President Addresses Hawaii Conference

APA President Mitch Silver, AICP, will address the Hawaii Congress of Planning Officials Conference on September 22, 2011 at 8 a.m. He will provide opening remarks immediately following the welcome offered by Mayor Bernard P. Carvalho of the County of Kauai.

"Our Kauai conference team is certainly humbled to have Mitch share his mana'o [knowledge]. In return we look forward to sharing our aloha with our esteemed professional leader and colleague. We look forward to his insight, interaction and discourse throughout the three-day conference," said Michael A. Dahilig, Interim Planning Director, County of Kauai.
