Plan4Health: Food Systems Toolkit

A healthy, sustainable food system emphasizes, strengthens, and makes visible the interdependent relationships between individual sectors (from production to waste disposal) and characteristics (health-promoting, sustainable, resilient, diverse, fair, economically balanced, and transparent) of the system.

This toolkit offers a snapshot of reports, webinars, toolkits, community examples, videos, podcasts, and more about food systems in Plan4Health. It can be read cover to cover or looked at in pieces, as each page can be a stand-alone document to inform and educate about active living strategies.
