Planning & Environmental Law Index

Volume 62 • 2010

The year 2010 proved to be challenging for many land use attorneys and planners, but we trust that Planning & Environmental Law rose to the occasion. We focused on providing the most current and relevant information to practitioners and academics in the planning and land use fields to ease their research in the most cost-effective manner possible.

PEL Online — our online, searchable database of PEL abstracts and commentaries — will continue to help with that task. It is an extremely useful tool for keeping track of cases and issues.

We always welcome your ideas for making Planning & Environmental Law and PEL Online an even stronger resource. Please contact PEL's new editor, Molly Dunham, by e-mail at with your ideas and suggestions.

This issue of PEL is my last as editor. I'm confident that my successor will take the publication to new levels of excellence.
