Table 6i lists 12 web-based trainings on coastal and marine planning issues for which Mid-Atlantic coastal region respondents were asked to rate their interest. The five trainings with the highest percentage of very high or high interest ratings from respondents are:

  1. CanVis (54%);
  2. Coastal Inundation Mapping (52%);
  3. GIS Tools for Strategic Conservation (48%);
  4. Habitat Priority Planner (47%); and
  5. Roadmap for Adapting to Coastal Risk (46%).

The six trainings (two tied for #5) with the highest percentage of low or very low interest or "Not Applicable" ratings from respondents are:

  1. Assessing GIS for Your Organization (36%);
  2. Remote Sensing for Spatial Analysts (33%);
  3. Introduction to Coastal GIS (32%);
  4. Roadmap for Adapting to Coastal Risk (32%);
  5. Conservation Data Documentation (32%); and
  6. Introducing Green Infrastructure for Coastal Resilience (32%).
