CM | 1.25
Date: Saturday, April 13
Activity Code: S424
Room: Comiskey Room
Agencies in Indiana and Virginia have developed guidelines to help planners and others design communities and corridors that offer multimodal mobility. This session will review these guidelines and explain their application from the perspective of both designers and transit professionals. Learn about multimodal planning at three scales—regional, center, and corridor–and review a unique process to design typical multimodal roadway cross sections using a menu of potential corridor elements.
