Learn from community leaders how Frutivale Village went from an idea to a nationally recognized example of environmental justice. The tour is led by Chris Chris Iglesias, who as head of the Unity Council led efforts to not just stop the construction of a parking garage but create a TOD in an underserved community. Hear the history of the village and see how it is still growing.Visit the public library, the construction site for Casa Arabella, phase 2.
