The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide planning services for the preparation of a Master Plan for the Steamboat Springs Mountain Area. The purpose of this project is to engage the Steamboat Springs community to develop a vision for the future of the Mountain Area of the City of Steamboat Springs and to complete a master plan to guide policy, growth and development, and public and private investment toward achieving the vision.

Proposals must be submitted to City Hall offices, 137 10^th Street, PO Box 775088, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477, Attention: Shelly St. Pierre no later than 5:00 pm, November 13, 2019.

The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its opinion, best serves the needs of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
