This county’s zoning code addresses conditions of mobile food service operations (§33-14). While operating in the public right-of-way is prohibited, the regulations clearly define permissible locations, site criteria, certificate of use and necessary state licensing requirements, permitted hours of operation, and parking standards.

Urban Heat Resilience

The county’s code of ordinances addresses urban heat. It contains a landscaping ordinance to help promote the use of trees and reduce heat island effects (§18A).
