Request for Statement of Qualifications
Parks & Recreation Master Plan
The City of Green is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Planning Consultants/Firms with expertise in Parks & Recreation Master Plan development.
Statements shall contain, at a minimum, the following information:
- Firms history; names, education background, experience of Firms Principals.
- Key personnel that will be involved in interviews/development plan; their education, experience, and registrations.
- Listing of experience with Parks Master Plan development, including needs assessment / survey development, parks foundation development, analytics; providing communities and references.
- Provide examples of physical park and facilities planning.
- Provide examples of public engagement, data collection, and data analysis.
- Project approach: Provide scope of services, anticipated list of deliverables and number of proposed meetings (public and with Leadership Team).
- Provide schedule for proposed completion of the plan.
The Leadership team will score the submittals. The interviews will be set for those firms that have been short listed. Interviews with the Leadership Team shall be to discuss the project with the firm's key personnel, and the associates that will be working on the plan. Short listed firms will need to be ready to present their proposed project approach, deliverables, and allow for any questions the Firm and Leadership Team may have of each other.
