RFQ – Structured Parking & Mobility

The preliminary Downtown Parking Study report directs the DPA to:

(1) reimagine the Downtown Parking Authority as the Downtown Mobility Authority in order to encourage mobility expansion and reform

(2) utilize all existing parking through improved technology and sharing by users and

(3) build new parking sparingly and strategically.

The DPA is issuing this RFQ in order to be prepared to make decisions over the next year on mobility and parking matters that may result from an increase in demand due to new users near this city owned site. The issuance of this RFQ does not indicate that the DPA will build a garage but will allow for proper planning should it be deemed necessary.
