SUBJECT: Winchester-Clark County Parks & Recreation (WCCPR) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications for professional services relating to the creation of a Parks & Recreation Master Plan to include, but not limited to, the following:

• Creation and presentation of a Parks Master Plan document
• Coordination of data gathering with diverse stakeholder groups
• Establishment of short-term and long-term strategies for parks creation, maintenance, and improvement
• Presentation to review and refine the results of the plan
• Development of a funding strategy for the plan
