This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Town of Harvard, Massachusetts Community and Economic Development Office in affiliation with the Planning Board.

The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a qualified consultant to perform an independent real estate market analysis for the town's Commercial District and to conduct a fiscal impact analysis based on the market analysis findings. The outputs of these analyses will be used to help the Town establish a vision to reconfigure the Commercial District, which is the subject of subsequent phases sought by the Planning Board.
