The Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC) is soliciting proposals from Consulting Firms qualified to function as the Technical Assistance Provider for the Allegheny County main streets program, Main Streets Allegheny.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained from Allegheny County Economic Development, Business Development Division by contacting Maggie Nguyen at 412-350-1086 or by email at thikimlinhmaggie.nguyen@alleghenycounty.us, or on the Allegheny County Economic Development web page from Monday, September 15, 2025.

Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 PM EDT October 24, 2025. Three printed copies of the proposal shall be addressed and delivered to Allegheny County Economic Development, Koppers Building, 436 Seventh Ave, Suite 500, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. One electronic copy of the proposal should be sent to Maggie Nguyen at thikimlinhmaggie.nguyen@alleghenycounty.us. ACED/RAAC will not consider any proposal received after the set day and hour.

The Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or family status.

The Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof.
