REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

CITY OF LOUDON, TENNESSEE

ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES

The City of Loudon, Tennessee, is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed, experienced professional consulting firms and individuals to provide professional services on an on-call, task-order basis. The City intends to establish a pre-qualified pool of consultants across six (6) distinct service disciplines:

1. Planning Services
2. Land Surveying Services and Plat Review
3. Civil Engineering Services (Site, Transportation, Stormwater, and Utility Plan Review)
4. Traffic Engineering and Planning Services
5. Geotechnical Engineering Services
6. Environmental Consulting Services

Compliance Notice: This procurement follows a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process in strict accordance with T.C.A. § 12-4-107. Fee proposals, hourly rates, or cost estimates must not be submitted with the SOQ. Pricing will be negotiated independently with the selected pool of qualified firms.
