The City of Jonestown, Texas invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for an integrated Comprehensive Plan Update and Parks and Recreation Master Plan. Important note: The deadline for submitting SOQ's has been extended to September 17th.

The updated RFQ, new Release Supplement (including questions and answers), updated Appendix C, and other appendices are available on the City Solicitation Webpage  (the submittal link is located at the bottom of the page. Key Project Dates & Deadlines:

• Written Questions: submit to dev@jonestowntx.gov

• SOQ Submissions Due: Thursday, September 17, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. Central Time (submissions must be made to the City Secretary. A link with pre-filled subject line has been provided on the City Solicitation Webpage).

Important Submission Rule:

Do NOT include any prices or fees in your SOQ. Submissions containing cost details may be subject to disqualification.
