Solar Energy

The county's zoning code defines renewable energy, renewable energy generating facility, and solar PV Facility-20 Megawatts Maximum (§17.04.110). It also permits renewable energy generating facilities in the Light Industrial zoning district and solar PV Facility-20 Megawatts Maximum in the Rural Homestead Zoning District (§17.04.210.D; §17.04.430.D).
