Accessory Dwelling Units

This webpage outlines the ADU Fast Track program and provides a gallery of approved Accessory Dwelling Units that have already been reviewed for Building Code compliance. It allows for residents to select an ADU and purchase plans. Residents will then need to prepare a site plan and get permits before building the new ADU.
