Accessory Dwelling Units

This city’s code allows for one accessory dwelling unit on a lot with a single-family dwelling. The code provides requirements for ADUs, including size (§1206.03(a)(1)(B)), and requires the ADU to comply with the site and building design requirements of the zoning district it is in (§1206.03(a)(1)(B)).
