Grand Cayman Travel Demand Model and Traffic Operational Analysis Model
The National Roads Authority (NRA) of the Cayman Islands requests proposals from professional qualified companies to develop both the Grand Cayman travel demand model and traffic operation analysis model.
RFP documents are available at the "Business with NRA" page at http://www.caymanroads.com/ (OPEN TENDERS – Grand Cayman Traffic Model) or alternatively from the central tenders committee website http://www.centraltenders.gov.ky/portal/page/portal/ctchome (Open Tenders 2016-2017).
The proposal shall be returned by hand or courier to the Treasury Booths in the public lobby of the Government Administration Building. Tenders shall be addressed to:
