The City of Wisconsin Rapids is issuing an official addendum to the original RFP for our Triangle Redevelopment opportunity located in the downtown waterfront area of the City.

The 2 acre site is located at the northern enterance to the downtown area near major employers, the Wisconsin River, City riverfront parks, and entertainment uses. The downtown area is currently underserved for residential units and the City wishes to activate the downtown by providing additional residential options within the downtown.
