LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS & ZONING MAP UPDATE.

The City of Rochester is seeking an RFQ for a qualified consultant(s) to update the City's zoning ordinance in accordance with current planning practices and the new Comprehensive Plan.

Tasks include: Modifying conditional use policies, creating standards for infill and redevelopment, establishing TOD policies, and incorporating changes to implement the Comprehensive Plan.

Proposals are due to the City by 2:00 P.M. CST on July 6, 2017.
