Sealed proposals will be opened and acknowledged at 11AM on January 19, 2018 at Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Avenue, Georgetown TX 78626. The City does not accept electronic proposals.

The deadline for written questions is December 18, 2017 at @ 2 p.m. CST. This deadline has been established in order to provide adequate time for City staff to prepare responses to questions from Proposers to the best of their ability in advance of the Pre-Proposal Conference meeting. Any questions and answers addressed during the conference meeting will be issued in an addendum and posted on the City website.
