The Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG) is seeking a qualified consultant to provide on-call travel demand model support services. This will be a ‘Time-and-Materials’ contract, with a not-to-exceed amount of $75,000 for approximately thirty-four months (ending 6/30/2021) with the possibility of up to three one-year extensions. Each extension would have a not to exceed amount of $25,000. The agreement amount may be amended subject to need and availability of funding. This project is primarily funded by Federal Highway Administration Metropolitan Planning (FHWA PL) funds.

Schedule:

June 7, 2018: Distribution of Request for Proposals

July 5, 2018: Proposals Due to TCAG by 5:00 p.m.

July 26, 2018: Interviews held (tentative)

August 20, 2018: Consultant selection by TCAG Board (estimated)

September 17, 2018: Finalize Contract (estimated)

September 18, 2018: Work begins (estimated)
