REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE SEWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN

1. Project Name: Sewer System Management Plan Update

2. Location: City of Lynwood

3. Requested Services: Update the City of Lynwood's 2009 Sewer System Management Plan and incorporate additional analysis, reports, etc. enumerated in the scope of services.

4. RFP Intent: The City of Lynwood (City) is requesting proposals from specialized civil or sanitary engineering firm to update the City of Lynwood's Sewer System Management Plan.

7. Delivery of Proposals: Deliver five (5) hard-copies of the proposals to the following address prior to the deadline.
