The Town of Vail, Colorado (the "Town") is seeking proposals for Public Engagement, Urban Planning, Urban Design and Architectural services from qualified professionals to plan and design for the future development of the Vail Civic Area.

The Study Area is assumed at this time to include approximately 10 acres, including the Lionshead Parking and Transportation Center, Dobson Ice Arena, Vail Library, W. Meadow Drive, and properties west of the Vail Health medical center. The study area also includes the existing Municipal Buildings at 75 and 111 S. Frontage Road.

The Civic Area Plan (the "Plan") will include study of the potential impacts on adjacent properties, potential options to reduce or mitigate negative impacts, and the opportunity to improve the Plan by identifying how nearby properties may contribute positively to the success of the Plan.
