Requests for Clarification concerning the RFP are due on 8/10/2018, before 5:00 PM CT. Proposer's questions shall be submitted in writing, online via the City's Supplier Portal using the electronic question feature, specific to this request for proposal.

Proposals are due on 8/30/2018 before 2:00 PM CT. The proposal submittal must be returned, as instructed in the RFP, in a sealed envelope or box marked on the outside with the Proposer's name and address and RFP number. Proposals must be time stamped by the closing date and time.
