The Three Affiliated Tribes Planning and Grants Department is seeking proposals from qualified companies to develop a Fort Berthold Rail Transportation Plan. The resulting agreement will be for the supply of professional services and related expenses required to perform data collection, analysis, public involvement, and plan development.
