The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of the redevelopment and reuse of Lime Creek Quarry, approximately 216 acres, located in Cedar Park, Texas. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify qualified individuals, firms or team of consultants with demonstrated experience in land use planning and market analysis, along with experience dealing with related engineering and technical issues necessary to perform the study.

The study is intended to perform the following tasks:

  • Site inventory and analysis of existing site conditions
  • Scenario planning including, preliminary redevelopment plans and land use options
  • Real estate market analysis for each planning scenario and various land uses, including a high level fiscal impact analysis
  • Preliminary grading and reclamation plan, including the reclamation and restoration process, anticipated costs of implementing the reclamation plan, and any ongoing maintenance costs before redevelopment of the Property occurs.
