On behalf of Chester Township and per the direction of the Board of Trustees, the Chester Township Planning Committee is requesting your qualifications and proposal to develop a Comprehensive Strategic Master Plan and long-term vision for Chester Township.

Over the last 9 months the Chester Township Planning Committee (CPC) has been meeting regularly twice a month gathering input and data to help make informed decisions about the future for our community. Thus far we have collected data, mapping and identified community concerns, and following a presentation to the Board of Trustees we have reached a point and recognize the need for professional planning services.
