The Downtown Master Plan will be a visioning and guiding document for defining, identifying, managing and prioritizing development within the Downtown Commercial Zone and Historic District Commission. The purpose of this project is to create a community driven document for the City which will recommend actions and provide basis for prioritizing, budgeting, and revitalization of downtown.
